Terms of service for twise.pl
§1General provisions
twise.pl is operated by Piotr Agier (the “Provider”). For anything concerning the site, write to kontakt@twise.pl.
These terms set out how the web applications published on the site may be used, including Teleprompter and MDtoPDF.
Using the site means accepting these terms. A web browser is all you need — no account is required for the free features.
§2Scope of services
The applications run entirely in your browser. Content you type into an application is not sent to a server and is not stored, unless the description of that application states otherwise.
A current browser with JavaScript enabled is required. The Provider takes care to keep the applications running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose of yours.
The Provider may develop, change and retire individual applications. Retiring an application whose Pro features were paid for will be announced in advance on that application's page.
§3Payments
Prices are given in Polish złoty and include VAT. Payments are handled by an external provider; twise.pl does not store payment card details.
The payment provider acts as merchant of record — it is the seller in the transaction, issues the purchase document and settles the applicable taxes. Its own terms, shown during checkout, apply to the transaction in addition to these.
Once payment clears you receive a licence key at the email address given at checkout. The key unlocks the Pro features in the application; the number of activations per key is limited and stated at checkout.
§4Complaints
Complaints about how an application works can be sent to kontakt@twise.pl. Please describe the problem and include the email address used at checkout. You will get a reply within 14 days of the complaint being received.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content delivered before that period ends, the right of withdrawal expires once the consumer has given prior consent to the performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right — this consent is collected during checkout.
§5Personal data
The site has no user accounts and collects no personal data in connection with ordinary use of the applications. Settings and content stay in your browser.
Data needed to complete a purchase (email address, billing details) is processed by the payment provider as a separate controller.
The privacy policy describes data processing in detail.
