Privacy policy for twise.pl
§1Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with twise.pl is Piotr Agier. For anything concerning your data, write to kontakt@twise.pl.
This policy covers twise.pl and the applications published at twise.pl/<app>/.
§2Data in your browser
The site has no user accounts. The applications run entirely in your browser: the content you type and the settings you choose are saved in the browser's local storage and are neither sent to a server nor stored by the Provider.
The hosting servers keep standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type) in order to run and secure the service. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§3Purchases and licences
Pro purchases are handled by an external payment provider acting as merchant of record. It collects the buyer's email address and billing details and processes them as a separate controller under its own privacy policy. twise.pl neither receives nor stores payment card details.
To check a licence, the application sends the licence key itself to the provider through a twise.pl server. That request carries none of the content you typed into the application.
§4Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
Local storage is used solely to keep your settings and content on your side — never to identify or profile you.
§5Your rights
For data processed by the controller you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Requests go to kontakt@twise.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
For purchase data (email address, billing details), requests go to the payment provider as its controller; we are glad to help you make contact.
